During this 5-day course, participants will be challenged to find answers to the issues the growing farms facing today. During the first day, the focus is on getting to know each other because good interaction, between participants, trainer and external experts are important during this Masterclass. It is a start of hopefully years of cooperation, in which a lot of knowledge can be exchanged.
This Masterclass focuses on filling a room, influencing pin formation, climate/energy control and management/future of mushroom harvesting. Lectures by experts on growing, climate, and harvesting will touch on items you may never have thought of before. By going into a topic in small groups, in detail, knowledge will be deepened and brought to the surface. These workshops conclude with a presentation, in which plenary conclusions are discussed with the entire course group and the compost experts.

Target audience
The target audience has experience in managing the mushroom farm, from growing into harvesting. To participate in this Masterclass, you must meet one of the following conditions:
– you have passed the exam of Mushroom Signals Extended growing course
– or you have passed the pre-test.
Hotel information
If you participate in a course organised by Mushroom Office, it is possible to get a discount at the following hotels in Venlo: Hotel Wilhelmina or Hotel American. Both hotels are at walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the railroad station of Venlo.
During the course Mushroom Office will take care of the travel from and to those hotels and the course location.
