On many farms, but also in supermarkets, I regularly see that the stem of mushrooms turn brown or even almost black.
Compost and casing soil are constantly changing. In this module you will learn how to evaluate compost and casing soil and how to set up the filling machine to get the best get yield from cultivation.

This module will discuss the properties of casing soil and teach you how to efficiently fill a room so that you can get a top yield from the compost. In addition to filling, we pay close attention to assessing the compost and casing soil.
E-Learning
The e-learning is based on the book “Mushroom Signals.” In this module you will answer questions and work through practical cases. We expect you to spend about 3.5 hours going through this module. At the end is a test, where you can earn a certificate. The e-learning should be completed before the online live training.
Webinar
During the online live training session, the trainer will explain and discuss the e-learning component in more detail. Together with fellow students (maximum 15) you will discuss problems you encounter in daily practice. This exchange will help you assess and optimize your operational processes.
