In cooperation with CNFA, we proudly present a dynamic 5-day training. Discover the secrets of Phase II & III composting, solve real growing challenges, and explore the power of AI in mushroom production. Experience innovation, farm visits, and global collaboration -> shaping the future of China’s mushroom industry!
Following the great success of the first edition, we are proud to announce the Second Chinese Mushroom School, a prestigious 5-day professional training designed to strengthen knowledge, share innovations, and build bridges between Chinese and international mushroom growers.
Throughout this intensive program, participants will gain deep insights into Phase II and III composting — understanding the biological processes, identifying potential issues, and learning how to optimize performance for maximum yield and quality.
In addition, we will address key growing challenges that mushroom producers face today, exploring both traditional solutions and cutting-edge innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Learn how AI can support decision-making, improve environmental control, and increase consistency in mushroom production — making your farm more efficient, productive, and sustainable.
To connect theory with practice, participants will also visit leading mushroom farms, where the concepts discussed in class will be observed and analyzed in real-life production. This hands-on approach ensures that knowledge can be directly applied in daily operations.
The Second Chinese Mushroom School offers an exceptional opportunity to:
✅ Exchange knowledge with international expert
✅ Discover innovative techniques and technologies
✅ Strengthen collaboration within the Chinese mushroom industry
Join us for five days of learning, inspiration, and professional exchange — and be part of the future of mushroom cultivation in China!
